Who’s talking in your ear? Remember how we discussed how you have power to speak life and death over your success as well as your future, so do people if you let them.
When you let people talk in your ear with meaningless chatter and speak over your life with words that do not elevate you to go to higher levels in your life, you do yourself an injustice. You know how your friend may say “you so stupid” after you have told a joke. Of course they didn’t mean anything by it…right. A negative word was released into the air to attach it’s self to you (of course that if you do not stop it first). You say Kim you are taking it out of context, no I am not. When negative or positive words are released over you they attach themselves to you. It’s like rumors. Whether the rumors are true or false people bring life to them with their belief of them.
Remember the kid or kids in your school, who everyone including the teachers believed to be stupid, unmanned, and would not make anything of their lives. Do you remember what happen to them? Well, I remember what happened to two young men who were in my school. One became each of those negative words. Later in life we met up and he told me his story and how he had to reverse all the negative words spoken over his life by family, schoolmates, and teachers.
The other young man came from a home where his mother believed in him no matter what the teachers said about him. I remember him telling how the teachers told his mother in front of him that he was stupid and would not add up to anything; however he proved them all wrong because his mother told him something different, something positive.
When I was going to school during the late 70’s and 80’s it was very common that teachers spoke negatively to us and about us to our parents. The same words of being stupid and not adding up to anything were words spoken over my life, especially because I had been left back in grade school three times. Just as my schoolmates proved everyone wrong, so did I. Now the author of Seeing What You Believe: Success Starts in Your Mind and Finishes in Your Reality.
You do not have to give life anything negative, you have the power to change everything into something positive.
As I have said before Words are very powerful. You must protect your success as well as your future from the negative words that will cause destruction. You are a Winner!!!
