What's the Game Plan?

Now that you see what you believe!  Now that all your senses are involved in the ownership of your dream!  Now that you are seeking help (mentor) to bring your success/dream into reality!  What’s the next step?

The answer to the above question is ACTION!  It does not matter what dream you own, action must follow it in order for it to finish in your reality (so the world can see it also).

Let’s take a look at the action moves you must do.

1.    Personal Mission Statement
2.    Goal Setting/Plan
3.    Building each day
4.    Counting the cost

We will look at the first action move, which is the Personal Mission Statement.

The theory of a Personal Mission Statement was introduced to me by Patrick Snow the author of Creating Your Own Destiny.  Patrick Snow believes creating a personal mission statement helps to visualize your ultimate destiny. What is a personal mission statement you ask? A personal mission statement is very similar to a company’s mission statement; however it is for your eyes only and not the shareholders to view.  A personal mission statement is about whom you are, what you believe in.  It can talk about what you want out of life for yourself and generations after you.  It can talk about why you work, what is your higher calling in life, your vision, your dreams, your destiny, etc.  Let me share with you my first person mission statement.

I, Kim M. Sudderth, dedicated myself to improving this world by the following things:
  • Having a heart of a servant.
  • Building the Kingdom of God up via souls and financially.
  • Improving myself and others on an everyday bases.
  • Planting positive seeds (words/actions) into each person I meet life.
  • Be a Successful business owner, who gives back.
  • Be a Successful author and national speaker.
  • Be a happy, caring and a forgiving person.
  • Be honest with myself.
  • Be the best supportive, loving and faithful wife. I can be.
Your personal mission statement is a reflection of you, where you want to go, what you believe in. There is no special way to write it, however your personal mission statement must not be negative. It’s always about going to the next level of greatness.  Let me tell you’re a secret when I wrote this personal statement I was not married and guest what I am not marry now.  I put that there because that is the kind of wife I want to be.  I have added things over time and you will too. Your personal statement may change with each level you go to.

Review your personal mission statement and post it where you can see and read it daily.

This the first action moves on the list, and I invite you to take the journey with me to explore the other action moves to success over the next few blogs. It will be fun.  What’s on your personal mission statement?  Visit www.KimMSudderth.com for more information.

It took some time, 42 years to be exact to realize who I am. Fueled with that knowledge I refused to waste unnecessary time to manifest my purpose. I am healthy, wealthy and favored in this day. My personal mission statement is also my professional mission statement and it is as follows:

"Through professional competence and personal caring provide individuals, families and small business owners with qualified choices to assist with protecting and preserving their future by showing them how to effectively facilitate plans to reach their personal, professional and financial goals."

I think everyone should write a personal mission statement. It will allow you to keep track of all the short and long term goals you set for yourself. Great advice!
